In the unlikely event of your print or ceramics arriving damaged, please email studiosognii@gmail.com with pictures within 72 hours of receiving your parcel, and we will attend to your issue as soon as possible.

We can not offer returns for a change of mind.

Check the tracking number you received with your shipping confirmation email. If there are no new updates, contact Australia Post directly to find your parcel.

In the unlikely event your ceramics are lost in the post, email studiosognii@gmail.com to organise a full refund or store credit. Each ceramic piece is one of a kind and sadly cannot be replaced.

Studio Sogni works on a batch-release system where a small amount of prints are released until they sell out.
